You will be asked questions that are relevant to the circumstances of your claim. Because the computer will only ask relevant, targeted questions the on-line system is easier to use and provides much faster claims processing than the paper based alternative.

If you do not have the information to hand to answer any particular question, you may suspend the claim then continue later.

At the end you will be asked to send in specific documentation to Journeys in support of your claim. On receipt of that information Journeys Fast Track process will validate your documentation and make any payments that are due under the terms of your policy.

If several people, all insured on the same certificate, are claiming only one on-line claim is required.

To avoid processing delay please answer all questions fully and accurately. Although answers are reviewed and can be changed before submitting the claim, we suggest a right first time approach.

It is a criminal offence to make a false or exaggerated insurance claim.
